Shipping and collection
Free shipping to you, and a prepaid mailer to send your sample back. Collection takes about five minutes at home.
Your results
Samples are processed by a CLIA laboratory in the United States. Results take about 4–5 weeks after the lab receives your sample and it passes quality checks.
Replacements and cancellations
If a kit arrives damaged or a sample fails because of an error on our side, we send a free replacement. Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a refund, minus a 3% processing fee. Once preparation begins, orders cannot be canceled or returned.
