Shipping policy
Shipping is free both ways. We send your kit at no charge, and every kit includes a prepaid envelope for returning your sample to the laboratory.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
How we ship
- United States: USPS Priority Mail
- Canada: Canada Post
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 24
We email you when your kit ships, with tracking details. USPS Priority Mail usually delivers in 1 to 3 business days, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day. Canada Post delivery times depend on your province.
Your shipping address
Please check your address at checkout. A kit sent to an incorrect address is not replaced free of charge.
Returning your sample
Collect your sample as the kit instructions describe, then post it back in the prepaid envelope. Your results are ready 2 to 3 weeks after the laboratory receives your sample, and we email you when they are in your portal.
Damaged or missing kits
If your kit arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge under the conditions in our refund policy. If your tracking stops updating or your kit does not arrive, email us and we will follow it up with the carrier.
