GutID comes as two reports. CGI — Core Gut Insights looks at the gut itself. CMA — Complete Microbiome Assessment includes everything in CGI and adds how the gut interacts with the rest of the body.

Both are collected the same way, both run on the same sequencing platform, and both are read the same way. The only difference is how far beyond the gut the report looks.
