Everything in Titan-1, plus 65 more markers.

Titan-1 identifies and measures every bacterium in the sample to species, including novel and uncharacterized organisms. Every GutID Pro kit is the Complete Microbiome Assessment, with 31 commensal and dysbiotic markers and eight lab panels included, from the same collection.

What Pro adds

Eight lab panels, in every kit.

Pro keeps everything in Titan-1 and adds the lab markers clinicians usually order as a separate test. A CLIA laboratory runs them on a second tube from the same collection.

30

GI panel

Twelve enteric bacteria, including Salmonella, Campylobacter and the diarrheagenic E. coli groups, plus six enteric viruses, six parasites and six Candida species.

3

Inflammation and digestion

Quantitative calprotectin and pancreatic elastase-1, and fecal occult blood.

1

H. pylori

Helicobacter pylori stool antigen, reported as detected or not detected.

+

Options

Fecal leukocytes, and one C. difficile test: NAAT, or GDH and toxin A/B antigen with reflex NAAT. The GI panel already reports C. difficile toxin NAAT.

On every Pro report: 31 commensal and dysbiotic bacterial markers, each with its own reference range. See the full panel

Ordering

From order to report.

  1. 01

    One kit, built on Complete

Every GutID Pro kit is the Complete Microbiome Assessment on Titan-1, with the Gut–Brain, Gut–Immune, Gut–Metabolism and Gut–Heart axes.

  2. 02

    Eight lab panels included

Enteric bacteria, viruses, parasites, Candida, H. pylori, calprotectin, pancreatic elastase-1 and fecal occult blood come with every kit. Add fecal leukocytes or a C. difficile test if the case calls for it.

  3. 03

    Collect once, read one report

Your patient fills two tubes from the same collection and ships them with the ice pack, Monday to Thursday. Results in 3–4 weeks, on one report with the full Titan-1 ecosystem. One kit per order.

Why one report

Each marker, read beside the ecosystem.

A raised inflammation marker reads differently beside a community dominated by one organism than beside a diverse, resilient one. Pro puts both on the same page, from the same order.

  • One order, one collection, one report
  • Lab panel results beside the Target Plot and gut axes
  • Interpretation support at no charge
  • Clinician pricing shown when you sign in
Target Plot from a Core sample report, Microbiome Score 97 of 100: rings run from all bacteria at the center out to species
  • CPCalprotectin
  • PEPancreatic elastase
  • HPH. pylori antigen
  • FOBFecal occult blood
SchematicThe Target Plot is real, from a sample report. Four of the included lab markers are shown; on a Pro report, their results print beside it, with units and reference ranges.

Questions clinicians ask

Ordering GutID Pro.

Anything else: orders@gutid.com

Can patients order GutID Pro?
No. GutID Pro is ordered and interpreted by approved clinicians in the US, for patients 18 and over. Patients can still order Core or Complete themselves, and you can recommend either one from the Clinician Portal.
Does Pro need a second collection?
No. Your patient fills two tubes from the same stool sample: the brown-cap tube for Titan-1 and the blue-cap tube for the lab panels. Both ship together with the ice pack. Collect Monday to Thursday and ship the same day.
Can I order several Pro kits at once?
No. GutID Pro is ordered one kit at a time, so each order is one patient’s kit with the options you chose for them. Place a new order for the next patient.
Why only one C. difficile test per order?
The NAAT and the GDH and toxin A/B antigen test answer the same clinical question in two ways, and the GI panel in every kit already reports C. difficile toxin NAAT. Choose the test that fits your workup.
How long do results take?
3–4 weeks after the laboratory receives a usable sample. Lab panel results print on the same report as Titan-1, with units and reference ranges.
Where do I see pricing?
Sign in with your approved clinician account. Your pricing shows in the order builder before you check out.
Where is GutID Pro available?
In the US, except New York State. It isn’t available outside the US yet. Core and Complete are available in the US, the UK and Canada.
